Partner conditions · Christmas Draw 2026

Organiser: Manolo Santana Racquets Club (the «club»), on the occasion of the Christmas Padel Tournament (11–13/12/2026) and the live Christmas Draw on 13/12/2026.

1. What the partner contributes

  1. The partner contributes one or more prizes in kind, products for the tournament welcome bag or a discount for ticket buyers, as indicated in the form.
  2. The partner declares that the retail price (RRP) stated is genuine. That value is the one published as «valued at X €» and sets the partner's level.
  3. The club may review the declared value, ask for clarification or decline a contribution, without having to give a reason.
  4. Financial contributions are not handled through this form: they are agreed directly with the club.

2. Prize handover

  1. The partner hands the prize in at the club reception before 10/12/2026, in perfect condition and with its conditions of use (expiry date, bookings, hours, restrictions), if any.
  2. If the prize is a service or a voucher, the partner guarantees that the winner or their substitute can enjoy it under the stated conditions for at least 3 months from the draw.
  3. If a prize is not handed in on time, the club may withdraw it from the draw or replace it with another of similar value, and the partner will no longer be associated with that prize.

3. The draw and the winners

  1. Each prize is drawn live on 13/12/2026 with one winner and two substitutes, according to the rules of the Christmas Draw.
  2. The winner has 30 days to collect the prize; if they do not, it passes to the first substitute and then to the second.
  3. The partner is responsible for their prize towards the winner (warranty, quality and conditions of use). The club organises the draw and the handover.
  4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Partner visibility

  1. In return for their contribution, the partner appears on the sponsors and partners wall of the club website according to their level (Friend, Draw Partner, Official or Principal), and on any other media that correspond to that level according to the dossier.
  2. The level is calculated from the total value contributed. The order and size of the logo depend on the level and the value.
  3. Prizes may be revealed gradually before the draw; the official list is published on 28/11/2026.

5. Logo, brand and images

  1. The partner authorises the club to use their trade name and logo on the website, the poster, social media and the materials of the 2026 Christmas Tournament and Draw, for this purpose only.
  2. The partner guarantees that they have the right to grant that use.
  3. The club may film and share the prize handover. Sharing the winner's image is subject to their consent, which is collected when tickets are bought.

6. Personal data

  1. The data in the form is used to manage the partnership and to communicate with the partner about this event.

7. Other

  1. The club may change dates or details of the event for reasons beyond its control, notifying the partners.
  2. Submitting the form with the box ticked means accepting these conditions.
